We acknowledge that we are learning together on the unceded Traditional Territory of the Okanagan, Syilx People. As captured in the visual above, in this area there are Four Food Chiefs who teach us how to thrive holistically on the Okanagan land. We have the salmon (Chief n'tyxtix), black bear (Chief skemxist), bitter root (Chief spitlem) and the Saskatoon berry (Chief siya) as our Food Chiefs.
