Do you get an error when you attempt to print from Master Grade? Here are some things you can try:
- Be sure you are logged on to the school network. As of November, 2014 you must be logged in to print.
- In Master Grade, do this:
- Choose Edit > Preferences...
- Choose Modify preference for: Printing
- Click on Clear Printer Settings.
- Click OK.
- After doing 1 & 2, try printing again.
