Master Grade Printing Fix

​​​​​Do you get an error when you attempt to print from Master Grade? Here are some things you can try:​

1. Be sure you are logged on to the school network. As of November, 2014 you must be logged in to print.
   
   
2. ​In Master Grade, do this:
   
   
• ​​Choose Edit > Preferences...
  
  
• Choose Modify preference for: Printing
  
  
• ​Click on Clear Printer Settings.
  
  
• Click OK.
  
  
3. ​After doing 1 & 2, try printing again.
